Beach Break Before Boston

Mr. Fish!

So I wasn’t aware that my dear friend and creative colleague Danielle Belton had placed my blog on her front page, so thanks and a hat tip to you lady.  Danielle’s blog is a treat and I’m happy to welcome fellow Snobs over here for a quick eye-bite of DC flavored attitude.  For now however, I must go refresh my mimosa as I tweak a sizzle reel in preparation for she and I’s adventures to Cambridge and NY this month.  We are both scheduling and charging our batteries for some fun posts this month so pardon the sporadic (or non existant) content.  I’ve got my toes in sand, my hands are passing along the scent of Zataran’s crawfish boil to my laptop and I’m working on getting the hair light and the skin dark.  Its a tough job.

Say hello to “Mr. Fish” though, its a Johnson Family tradition to wave hello to him as we cross over the final bridge from our DC exodus and enter the gorgeous white sands and blue water of the Gulf Coast.

PS. Happy Easter to all you fellow Christers, more on that later.

Let every man and woman count himself immortal.  Let him catch the revelation of Jesus in his resurrection.  Let him say not merely, “Christ is risen,” but “I shall rise.”  ~Phillips Brooks
